Perrysburg Sculpture Walk Community Opening

The Cultural Arts Fund of Wood County proudly supported the 2025-2026 Perrysburg Sculpture Walk Community Opening, held on August 31 at Woodlands Park. The event welcomed residents and visitors to celebrate the debut of the fifth annual outdoor sculpture exhibition in a lively, art-filled setting.
Guests enjoyed a concert by Suburban Legend, a popular Perrysburg-based band, while exploring the new sculptures displayed throughout the park. The afternoon also featured an awards presentation honoring the participating artists, a hands-on children’s sculpture-making station, and a curator-led tour that offered insights into the artists, their creative processes, and the meaning behind their works.
The setting of Woodlands Park provided the perfect backdrop for this community celebration, where families could listen to music, meet artists, and experience art in an engaging and accessible way. The event embodied CAFoWC’s mission to support and enrich the cultural life of Wood County through projects that connect art, community, and education.
